Customer rights

We respect and promote our customers’ rights. As defined in Section § 20e (c) of the Customer Protection Act no. 634/1992 Sb., as amended, the entity in charge in terms of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes in the field of electrical energy, gas and heat industries in the scope defined by the Energy Act no. 458/2000 Sb., on business operating conditions and on the exercise of governmental authority in energy sectors and on the modification of other acts, as amended, is the Energy Regulatory Office (Energetický regulační úřad, ERÚ).
