• Staříč Mine (including its Sviadnov Site) was established in 1963. Coal mining was abandoned on 31 December 2017 when the decommissioning of mine structures started. ​

• Plot ratio as per the town’s planning requirements: 95 %. ​
• Sviadnov Mine reclamation and rehabilitation has started in 2019 and continue until the present day. ​
• The objective of Green Gas RE, s.r.o. is to rehabilitate the premises by removing any unused or unnecessary buildings remaining after mining was abandoned at Sviadnov Mine and prepare the entire site for its new use in line with the town’s planning requirements. ​
• At the moment, specifications for the feasibility study on the use of the site are being prepared.
